Abstract
Due to the advancement of communication technologies and digital devices, online learning has become pervasive nowadays. Everyone can easily learn by themselves with the aid of explanatory videos and animations. However, the conventional man-made production of such videos/animations is time-consuming and the quality highly depends on the production cost. In this work-in-progress paper, we propose a prototype of the technology that automatically generates explanatory math animation (EMA) for K-12 education. Such framework can greatly reduce the production cost and provide high-quality explanatory animations.
