Abstract

Electronic commerce is evolving from simple online shopping to complete enterprise management. To keep up with the rapid pace of innovation, and to achieve more operational flexibility and efficiency, businesses are required to make a concerted effort to exploit advanced new Web technologies. The dynamic management of business values, processes, resources, and infrastructure is expected to become one of the most important enterprise computing technologies for the next-generation e-commerce system.
