Abstract
This invention discloses a chemo-brain image visualization classifying system and operating method thereof. The chemo-brain image visualization classifying system firstly executes a pre-processing program, therefore to acquire a post-processed whole brain MRI image from an original whole brain MRI image. Thereinafter, this invention extracts the mean fractional amplitude of low-frequency fluctuations (mfALFF) data from the post-processed whole brain MRI image and inserts the mean fractional amplitude of low-frequency fluctuations (mfALFF) data into a well-trained volumetric convolutional neural network model. At last, the well-trained volumetric convolutional neural network model predicts a whole brain predicted result, and an integrated gradients algorithm converts the whole brain predicted result into a visualized whole brain cerebral region image.
