Abstract
We report a 6-year-old boy with mycosis fungoides on the dorsal surface of his left hand, a diagnosis supported by positive T cell receptor γ gene rearrangement findings. Precursor B cell lymphoblastic lymphoma of the left orbit developed subsequently. He was treated with chemotherapy and remained under control.
