Abstract

The authors regret errors were present in the Fig. 6 legend. The corrected caption to read, “Fig. 6. HFD induced the expressions of intracellular energy sensing signaling in RVLM of adult male WKY. Representative gels (inset) and densitometric analysis of results from Western blot showing the expression of (A) sirtuin 1 (SIRT1) and (B) AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK) in RVLM of ND or HFD rats at 18-wks old. Values are mean ± SEM (n=8–12 animals in each experimental group). *P<.05 versus ND and #P<.05 versus HFD group in the post hoc Tukey's multiple range analysis.” The conclusions remain exactly the same. The authors would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused.
