Abstract

The authors regret in the original submission there were missed affiliations for Hsien-Ta Hsu and Yu-Lin Ko and a missed title for Chung-Tai Yue, Po-An Tai, Kuo-Feng Huang and Yu-Lin Ko. This missed affiliation and title should have been as follows: Hsien-Ta Hsuh, Chung-Tai Yue, MD, Po-An Tai, MD, Kuo-Feng Huang, MD, Yu-Lin Koh, MD and h Institute of Medical Sciences, Tzu Chi University, Hualien, Taiwan.
