Abstract

The 2001 IEEE International Conference on Electronics, Circuits and Systems (ICECS) was held 2-5 September 2001. Just like the previous conferences, this conference provided a dynamic forum for researchers/scientists, engineers, and students to present the newest technical findings, to exchange ideas, and to establish active international collaboration.
