Abstract

We propose to use optical coherence tomography (OCT) to evaluate the interaction between laser and biological tissue. The developed OCT system enables to achieve 3D structural and microcirculation imaging. The results show that OCT could be a potential tool for guidance of laser surgery to effectively improve the treatment efficiency.
