Enhancing collaborative capabilities with e-flow services: A case study on leaving-school process in university

Abstract

Leaving School Process (LS-process) for college graduations is a kind of Collaborative Commerce that integrates and manages complex cross-departmental processes through a set of business rules to build stronger relationships and workflows among colleagues. This paper aims to provide an in-depth analysis of the LS-process in the context of Collaborative Commerce. We recommend a workflow design of process under an e-flow web service and provide the technical insights on e-flow service to enhance business process coordination. Finally, based on the realization of dynamic LS-Processes, an e-flow service strategy is proposed to support on administrative development of Collaborative Commerce in a university.
