Abstract

This chapter introduces the current clinical applications of stem cells and the arrangement of related regulations. To realize the clinical application of stem cells, the following points need to be considered in the process of stem cell development: the type of cells used, how to obtain sufficient cell number and purity, effective implant strategies, immune rejection and other issues. With the development of world trends, the law and regulations of the countries will also be revised according to the needs, so understanding the norms of modern cell therapy will help the industry to help the development and patent layout of stem cell therapy. Before conducting technology research and development related to stem cell therapy, it is necessary to understand the relevant local regulations. The purpose of national regulations is to ensure the safety and effectiveness of stem cell medical technology used in the human body.
