Abstract

Although rare, a huge cyst of the supraglottis can cause or exacerbate OSA. Dynamic MRI was a useful imaging technique used to identify the level(s) of airway obstruction during natural sleep in the supine position. Endoscopic CO2 laser therapy provided an excellent method to precisely excise the laryngeal cysts.
