Abstract

Constructing the hybrid metal grids/ferrites FSS screens which are interleaved structure to design broad-band microwave absorbers is presented in this paper. There are four types of metal grids FSS screens, strip, mesh, π-shaped and comb-shaped being introduced to obtain better bandwidth and absorption, and the ferrite FSS screens are constructed to enhance the performance of absorbers.
