Abstract
Intracranial soft tissue accumulation of bone seeking radiopharmaceuticals was accidentally found in metastatic workup of clinically suspicious lung neoplasm. The patient had suffered an event of cerebrovascular infarction just three weeks before this exam. The authors report this unusual presentation of an extraosseous radioactive focus, which may mimic or mask the skull lesions.
