Abstract

We propose a distributed dynamic channel assignment (DDCA) method to handle the co-channel constraint (CCC), adjacent channel constraint (ACC) and co-site constraint (CSC) simultaneously. In the proposed DDCA method, we introduce the channel state concept and develop the channel state table based channel selection and channel reassignment schemes. The computing speed of the proposed DDCA method is extremely fast, and its performance outperforms the centralized DCA methods in terms of the blocking probability.
