L band tunable fiber laser based on mirror reflector and tunable fiber gratings

Abstract

An L band tunable fiber laser based on tunable FBGs and a broadband fiber mirror is demonstrated. A lasing output power at 1582.0 nm has side-mode-suppression-ratio and pumping efficiency of 55 dB and 12.2%, respectively.
