Abstract
An 8‐year‐old Taiwanese girl presenting with generalized petechial hemorrhages, severe thrombocytopenia and lymphadenopathy was found to have primary Kaposi's sarcoma of lymph node without cutaneous involvement. This patient is a first‐documented case of lymphadenopathic type of Kaposi's sarcoma in Taiwan. The associated severe thrombocytopenia resulting in generalized petechial hemorrhages as the initial manifestation is also unique in this case.
