Abstract

A Driver-enhanced Single Pole Double-Throw (SPOT) switch was designed and implemented for secured giga-scale system. The design were simulated on Advanced Design System (ADS) package and implemented on RT-duriod 5880 with 10 mils thick dielectric substrate in a 3-port WR28 waveguide, to validate the design for broadband application in Ka-band of Digital Millimeter Waves.
