Abstract
A driver-enhanced single pole double-throw (SPDT) switch was designed and implemented for giga-scale systems. The design was simulated on the Advanced Design System (ADS) package and implemented on RT-Duroid 5880 with 10 mils thick dielectric substrate in a 3-port WR28 waveguide, to validate the design for broadband application in Ka-band of digital millimeter waves.
