Abstract

In this study, novel tissue-engineered cell sheets delivery membranes (CSDM) were developed to facilitate constructing stable whole retina grafting microsurgery. Gelatins with different Bloom scale were investigated for promising CSDM materials. Among various properties characterization, [GA1] was found to be the most potential. Applications of CSDM can successfully enhance the possibility, for transplanting intact sheets of donor graft.
