Abstract

Poorly differentiated neuroendocrine carcinoma of the nasal cavity is a rare and aggressive neoplasm. We report a 47-year-old woman with poorly differentiated neuroendocrine carcinoma of the nasal cavity. Despite treatment with radical surgery, adjuvant radiotherapy and palliative chemotherapy, the patient died due to multiple distant metastases to lungs, bone and liver.
