Abstract
An island pedicled anterolateral thigh flap can provide an innervated large cutaneous paddle with or without a muscle portion that can be used to repair the perineogenital defect resulting from an open pelvic fracture. With minimal donor-site morbidity, this flap offers a valuable alternative option for coverage of a complex perineogenital defect.
