Abstract
臍尿管(urachus)在妊娠期間重開放是非常罕見的況狀。病人在懷孕27週時發現有尿液從肚臍流出，而流出的量跟隨懷孕的週數而與日俱增，臨床懷疑為臍尿管重開放(patent urachus)。在病患生產後作一些X光的檢查。包括?硎畹廒v和電腦斷層攝影均証實為臍尿管重開放。病人最後接受臍尿管切除術伴隨部份膀胱切除。
A rare case of reopening of the patent urachus with urine leakage encountered during pregnancy is reported. Fistulography and computed tomography revealed a communicating tract between the dome of the urinary bladder and the umbilicus. The patient was treated by urachus resection and partial cystectomy.
