Abstract
We report a case of a 38-year-old patient with ankylosing spondylitis who presented with asymptomatic hypercalcemia due to a retroclavicular parathyroid adenoma. Because of the rare location of the parathyroid adenoma, we reviewed 2 similar cases in the literature and further image discussion.
