Abstract

Lymphangioma is a rare lesion with variable manifestations. We report the case of an adult patient presenting with an infectious cyst who was diagnosed with retroperitoneal lymphangioma using ultrasonography and computed tomography. The patient was ultimately cured by surgical resection of the cyst.
