Abstract
We describe Rosai-Dorfman disease (RDD) of the paranasal sinus in a 14-year-old boy who presented with a bilateral exophthalmos. Computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) demonstrated a bulky abnormal soft-tissue mass filling the bilateral paranasal sinuses which extended into bilateral orbits. This resulted in remodeling of the adjacent bony structures and cervical lymphadenopathy. Recognition of the imaging features of RDD may facilitate appropriate diagnoses and management of future patients.
