Sesquiterpene ethers from a Taiwanese marine sponge Dysidea fragilis

Abstract

A new sesquiterpene ether, dysifragin (1), and a related ether, caparrapi oxide (2), were isolated from the sponge Dysidea fragilis Montagu (family Dysideidae). Their structures were established by spectroscopic methods.
