Abstract

Conventional secret sharing schemes expand one pixel of an image into two or more pixels, which will cause the problem of pixel expansion. In recent years, several secret sharing methods based on random grids have been proposed to improve the disadvantage mentioned above. However, meaningless sharing images are still an unsolved thing. Hence, a meaningful secret sharing method based on random grids is proposed in this paper. Experimental results will show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
