Abstract
Congenital ureteral diverticulum is rare, with only about 25 cases reported in the literature. Its diagnosis is usually established by pyelography, particularly retrograde pyelography. We present a case of congenital ureteral diverticulum in which the ultrasonographic diagnosis was made by the delineation of the stoma between the sac and ureter.
