Abstract
Two cytotoxic cembranoid diterpenes, (+)‐isosarcophytoxide (1) and ( + )‐isosarcophine (2), were isolated from the soft coral Sarcophyton trocheliophorum by cytotoxicity‐guided fractionation. These two compounds demonstrated potent cytotoxicity against P‐388 and HL‐60 cells.
