Abstract

In this study, we propose to use optical coherence tomography (OCT) to investigate the progress of tumor development. With OCT, the morphological change can be identified according to the scattering properties of normal and tumor tissue. Additionally, OCT angiography without contrast agents enables to acquire the three-dimensional information of microcirculation which is also an important indicator to study tumor development. Moreover, texture analyses of OCT images are performed, based on the method of gray-level co-occurrence matrix (GLCM).
