摘要

An RQPD (recursive quadratic programming with the dual method) method is developed for power system static-state estimation. Its global convergence is proved, and the parallel RQPD algorithm to be executed in a processor-network is also developed. Simulation results demonstrating the numerical accuracy and the computational performance of this parallel RQPD algorithm are presented. In the computational aspect, the parallel RQPD algorithm dramatically outplays the conventional state estimators if the communication overhead does not count. This parallel RQPD algorithm may be used to develop a distributed state estimator for power systems. However, the computer protocols required to operate the processor-network properly still need further research.
