摘要

The airport cargo logistics center location selection (ACLCLS) decision is a long-term strategic decision that is important for the operation and development of an airport ground handling service (AGHS) company. The ACLCLS decision must satisfy multiple objectives. This paper describes how a Quality function deployment (QFD) team can apply their professional experiences to participate in an AGHS company's ACLCLS decision. First, we applied the Analytic Hierarchy Process with Quality Function Deployment (AHP-QFD) conceptual model to make a decision that satisfied the real requirements of the airport's handling service company. Next, we applied a zero-one goal programming (ZOGP) binary model to handle the problem of limited budget allocation. The purpose of this paper is to show the effectiveness of the proposed model at helping AGHS company managers evaluate requirement-based site selection for an airport cargo logistics center, given a limited budget. We also use the real example of an AGHS company in Taiwan to demonstrate the proposed approach.
