摘要
A prospective nonrandomized study of 9 patients undergoing their first treatment for adductor spasmodic dysphonia (ADSD) at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, Taiwan, provided the data discussed here. The investigation had a twofold purpose: (a) to assess phonation outcomes of Botox injections given to the patients with ADSD, with and without vocal tremors, comparing the outcomes between the two groups, and (b) to discuss the clinical implications of the phonatory outcomes.
