摘要

A chopper-stabilized instrumentation amplifier (IA) with reconfigurable inverting and non-inverting modes is realized in CMOS 0.35um technology. A resistive feedback network is proposed to increase gain by lowering the resistance, which eliminates the conventional need for high resistance values. The voltage gain ranges from 19-35 dB and 25-41dB in inverting and non-inverting modes, respectively. The input referred noise is 420n Vrms/ √HZin inverting mode and 260nVrms/ √HZ in non-inverting mode. The total power consumption is 22 uW the chip size is 0.66 mm2.
