摘要

Coronary-bronchial artery fistula is an uncommon coronary anomaly. This study describes a patient with right coronary artery disease and left coronary-bronchial artery fistula. Contrast-enhanced multidetector computed tomography (MDCT) with three-dimensional (3-D) reconstruction is an effective non-invasive diagnostic means of coronary-bronchial fistula. MDCT with 3-D reconstruction and thallium-201 myocardial tomoscintigraphy are useful in determining whether a fistula with a steal phenomenon causes ischemic chest pain or not.
