摘要

Several design guidelines which are useful in converting conventional to gas assisted injection molding using computer aided engineering (CAE) gas flow analysis was discussed. The success of gas-assisted technology depends not only on the ability to make new quality molds using this process but also to convert existing conventional tools efficiently.
