摘要

A simple technique for effective spiral inductance measurement with nano henry sensitivity is presented. This on-board technique is based upon a differential test pattern design. Only a DC voltmeter and a current meter are needed for its measurement. The complete simulation procedure and experimental results axe applied here to show simplicity and validity of the technique.
