摘要
An initial consideration of design processing optimization strategies aimed at reducing injection pressure and clamp force is presented. A series of simulations that properly take into account the process physics is conducted. Finally, it is emphasized that thinner parts are naturally suited for high-speed molding, whereas thicker parts have a longer optimum fill time, with injection pressure being relatively insensitive to injection rate.
