摘要

Development of hard tissue restoration material for human is one of important issues around the world. Calcium phosphate cement (CPC) has good biocompatibility and plasticity, and has been used in orthopedic, dental field and other relative fields gradually. In this experiment, we prepared a composite CPC made of tetracalcium phosphate (TTCP). The complex bone cement composed of CPC and gamma-poly glutamic acid (gamma-PGA) was prepared and tested. The composite bone cement has the features including biodegradability and better biocompatibility. The result of mechanical measurement showed that 12.5% gamma-PGA cement had a compressive strength of 24.8MPa. This composite bone cement is expected to have improved properties and able to be used as restoration material.
