摘要

The significance of vocational license exam (VLE) to accelerate globalization pace in non-native countries, is discussed. The technological and vocational college/university (TVCU) programs and the VLE should be more tightly connected. The aims of the TVCU programs are to make students get better jobs more easily and highly appreciated by their bosses. The English abilities tested in the VLE can be adequately arranged in the TVCU programs. The students in the program have to pass two basic professional required courses which are taught in English. The students in VET programs can learn English in the objective oriented way and improve English effectively to satisfy the needs of the jobs they will work on and get their licenses.
