摘要
Ga-67 is an important tool for detecting non-Hodgkin's lymphoma lesions. Tc-99m DMSA is used widely to evaluate the viability of renal cortical cells. The authors describe a patient who had bilateral renal non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. He had a similar uptake pattern on Ga-67 and Tc-99m DMSA renal imaging before treatment. In addition, increased Ga-67 accumulation in the upper shaft of the left femur was also noted. After chemotherapy, the lesions seen with Ga-67 and Tc-99m DMSA were resolved almost completely.
